Corresponding source code
Currently we are using only the digraph option to generate the graphs. digraph is good for dependencies. However, it is not good for nbh. we need to explore other options.
one best thing to do is to provide an option in the graph generation function, dot, neato. twopi, circo, fdp, sfdp.
Later we can also provide a way the user can choose the options in the templates.
