I assume this is your own personal debugging from using the libipmimonitoring library?

libipmimonitoring doesn't currently support "system firmware progress" as an event it knows how to interpret.  That can be added into FreeIPMI.  Can you please show the --debug output for this SEL event.  You can find it via

ipmi-sel --debug --display=SEL-RECORD-ID

However, I'm not sure how much this fix would matter.  Your event below ("0x0F") is actually not specified by the IPMI specification.  You'll probably have to contact your vendor to figure out what the issue is.  It may be OEM specific to them.
