TeXmacs 2.1.1 Help contains many references to "oriental languages". This should be "East Asian languages" throughout. "Oriental" is an archaic term which many people from that part of the world associate with colonialism.
I suggest replacing "Oriental" and "oriental" with "East Asian" throughout. I've added a suggested patch to this ticket, but it should be checked by a real TeXmacs developer first.
