vera-1.21a.tar.gz is a bugfix release.
The Texinfo source of V.E.R.A. has problems to compile with newer versions of makeinfo. While another issue could be fixed, this is mainly because of the complex structure of the 'Top' node.
Please use
makeinfo --force vera.texi
to compile the sources. The resulting info file will work as expected.
The GNU Free Documentation License included with V.E.R.A. has been updated from version 1.2 to version 1.3
