Details (job description, contact ...):

Someone to take over maintenance of the current HTML-specific redisplay code and make it much more general and fully stylesheet driven.

This should be someone very knowledgeable about Emacs lisp and its performance traits, and be familiar with (or willing to become intimate with) the entirety of the HTML and CSS specifications.
