GNUspool 1.6 Release

A Debian installation directory is provided.

Some improvements have been made to printer installation and an optional PyQt interface has been provided to make this easier where available.

A CUPS emulation package is now included for the benefit of software which assumes it's present. This provides for virtual CUPS printers which have the effect of queuing GNUspool jobs with various options.

A GUI front-end is provided for configuring the CUPS package.

The libtools package is now used for administering the shared libraries.
