GNUspool 1.2 Release

This release is mostly corrections in the documents of user program names - which were changed from the original names to names beginning with "gspl-". In a few cases the changes were too aggressive changing the middle of words and have been changed back.

One minor bug (deletion of job and printer macros in the GTK interface) has been corrected.

One minor "extra" (double-click of macro lists in the GTK interface to edit macros) has been added.

The layout of some of the dialog boxes has been tidied a little.
