Fixed in git, commit 256a0d67, by setting 'focusing' back to TRUE in do_yesno_prompt() after refreshing the screen.

To reproduce, run 'src/nano --ignore NEWS'.
Then type: M-R rap <Enter> xxx <Enter>
See that the first occurrence of "rap" is spotlighted.
Type N several times.  See that each time that the screen scrolls, the spotlighted text is centered.
Now type: M-X to toggle the help lines off.  See that the spotlight has disappeared, but we're not interested in that now.
Again type N several times.  See that each time the spotlighted text is on the bottom row of the text window.  Oops...

Expected behavior: also after toggling the help lines, the spotlighted text should be in the center of the screen each time the screen scrolls.

Problem exists since version 5.0, commit d8249917, when toggling the help lines in most menus was made possible.
