I have been teaching computer to a few kids.  The resources available is pretty low.  Some kids use termux on their Android phones with external keyboards to run gtypist. For some others I have created a small application[0] that splits the display into many and several terminal emulators are run each associated to different keyboard.

The problem with these setup are that the available screen size is small and gtypist exits when showing help or so and when the text to be displayed won't fit the screen with errors like "line 42: line too long for screen: ..."

I would like to have gtypist not close on line exceed errors and a commandline switch to not show welcome tutorials for each lesson.

Thanks
