Corresponding source code
The draw-over construct is fragile, because of the inherent ambiguity of the cursor position attached to a graphical location.
In the case of 'draw-over' constructs that are nested inside some other tags, TeXmacs does not manage to correctly recover the required cursor positions at the moment.
As a temporary hack, you may 'draw over' the entire table instead of anchoring the 'draw-over' at a precise location inside the table.
