The "c" in csv stands for comma.

So if you are using a comma also as your decimal separator, then how can the computer know what it's supposed to be separating?

When i try to import data (CSV) into pspp using Graphical User Interface, no option to define the decimal separator.

Therefore, each time, I must change in csv file, the Decimal Seperator into "." from "," in order to be able to import these data.
