Well the Score Comment function can store the note, so it only remains to display it on opening the score.
This can be done by putting
(d-DisplayDirectiveTextEditor "score" "ScoreComment")
in the scheme initialization script. As that script wasn't readily available for loading/saving I've upgraded the scheme window to allow this to be done easily.

Often when working on a score one has to leave it for a while before coming back to it. Denemo records that last place where you left the cursor, but it would be good if it could also store a note to yourself about what you are intending to do next. Such an "alert" would be displayed on opening the score and could be redisplayed for editing on quitting the score.
