Fixed in git, by commits 418bd3be and ad79a4fc.

To reproduce, put the following line in your nanorc:

  unbind ^C all

Then run 'nano --ignore README' and type: M-R ee <Enter> xx <Enter>.  See that it still shows "^C Cancel" in the help lines.  That is one bug: wrong advertising.  The second bug is that it allowed us to unbind Cancel in the YesNo menu, leaving us without any possibility to abort the replacement session.

Expected behavior: the YesNo menu should show the actual key that is bound to Cancel, and nano should fail to start when no keystroke at all is bound to Cancel in the YesNo menu.
