I commented out the code for wide CJK punctuation in text_language.cpp

I am still confused, because I am sure that I wrote that code for some purpose.  Maybe back when I wrote it, there were several fonts which did not do the spacing correctly.  For instance, the TakaoPMincho and TakaoPGothic fonts do benefit from the extra space.  But it is true that most fonts don't, so I removed the extra space (revision 13047).

The space after a punctuation still looks too wide, even if the line is not full.

<TeXmacs|1.99.12>

<style|<tuple|generic|chinese>>

<\body>

</body>

<initial|<\collection>
</collection>>

According to W3C:

> Pause or stop punctuation marks include the slight-pause comma, comma, semicolon, colon, period, question mark, exclamation mark, etc. They take the same dimensions as well as the direction as a character in their respective writing modes does.

I think that this depends on the font and on whether your line is full or not (I made the spacing around punctuation a bit more stretchable).  If things are really wrong, then please provide me with a detailed algorithm of how to compute the correct space; I admit that I found it hard to find this info on the web.
