I submitted a bug earlier today (http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?35194) which may be a duplicate of this, or not.

For what it's worth, in my experience (on Cygwin) the args are passed. It's just that the redirection stuff for the Exec Window are slipped in front of them.

The redirection args do not look like normal getopt args, so things are likely to be shortcircuited.

If you select "Run Program in Execution Window", the arguments are not passed to the program by GDB.
