With SCM compiled by Borland C++ Builder 5,
r4rstest.scm fails when testing
(string->number "0/0").

The following code of divide() function in scl.c

#ifdef FLOATS
  ov: return makdbl(((double)INUM(x))/((double)INUM(y)), 0.0);

raises arithmetic error.

SCM compiled by Visual C++ 6 does not raise error,
and the result is 0/0 = 0.0 .
