The sub-command is very practical. Thank you.

Just append the subcommand /POSTHOC=TUKEY (before the terminating  period)

is there a way to invoke this subcommand from psppire? I'm particularly interested in tukey's HSD.

I've pushed an implementation to master which goes part of the way to do this.

There is now a /POSTHOC subcommand. The following pairwise comparisons are implemented: Tukey, Scheffe, LSD, Games-Howell, Bonferroni, Sidak.

Duncan looks like it'll be more work.  In fact I'm not sure even how to calculate the significance.  I haven't found any literature on it.

The Multiple Comparisons Tukey's Test is essential, too much, end more used, however, if possible, Duncan Test is important too. Only ANOVA, can not help, é necessary inform if has significances variances into group, by Multiple Comparisons.

We can't promise anything but we'll see what we can do.

Are you most interested in the Multiple Comparisons or the Homogeneous Subsets (or both) ??

Whilst we have a list of commands that are unimplemented, there isn't anywhere that lists which options of command are and are not implemented.  Further, I don't think it's really practical to start such a list.

There are many different analyses in the POSTHOC subcommand. Do you have any particular ones that you need?

I think we should put it as unimplemented on pspp's manual.
