[build]: Clarify GROFF_TMAC Autoconf test output.

    * configure.ac: Correct characterization of the list of macro packages
reported.  It is not the list of macro packages receiving a "g"
prefix, but the list of macro packages reciving a wrapper macro file
in groff's macro directory, each of which sources the corresponding
system (likely AT&T-descended troff) macro package.  Fixes wording I
introduced in commit 4d30dd7424, 31 May.

    * m4/groff.m4 (GROFF_TMAC): Clarify first "checking" message: we are
looking for a file name prefix on existing system macro packages (like
"tmac.").  This has nothing to do with the prefix applied to groff
commands, or the "g" prefixed to groff implementations of the man, mm,
and ms packages.  Tighten wording of second "checking" message.
Consistently say "(none)" instead of "none" or "none found".

I'm not sure our configure script is reporting the right thing when it comes to building groff on proprietary Unix (in principle, any system with an existing non-groff troff installation).

prefix used for macro packages   :  an an.ja an.ja_JP.PCK an.ja_JP.UTF-8 ansun ansun.ja ansun.ja_JP.PCK ansun.ja_JP.UTF-8 bib m s v vgrind

Cosmetically, I am irritated by the leading space in the list of macro packages.  This arises from the list being constructed in a crude way as a shell string.

Much more importantly, if I understand the tmac wrapper feature correctly, this output is inaccurate.  No prefix is used for these packages.  Instead a "g" prefix is required for "an", "m" and "s" to obtain the groff versions of these packages.

Investigate this on a Solaris 10 machine.
