Since XFree 4.3, on German keyboards the alternate modifier (the right Alt[Gr] key) is called "ISO_Level3_Shift".

AFAIK, GSSecondAlternateKey defaults to "No Symbol", so I suggest to have it default to 'ISO_Level3_Shift'.

At least, 'ISO_Level3_Shift' should be added to the Keyboard preferences bundle.

This might apply to other countries' keymaps as well.

Attached is a small patch for Preferences' Keyboard module.
