I was just looking into doing some more development and spotted this. Pretty sure this has been written and included in the trunk, shouldn't this be closed?

It'd be nice for Wget to provide commandline options to (1) specify one or more wgetrc files to read, and (2) specify that /etc/wgetrc and/or ~/.wgetrc should not be read.
