I tested the most recent CVS which includes this on windows and it works correctly.  However, the latest build with this change on FreeBSD fails.  Please see bug #13413 for more information.  GJC

-lobjc should link with gnustep-base and not all tools, applications, etc. The same way other libs (like ssl, tiff, etc) link with the libraries but not anything else.
