The StringDictionary class in System.Collections.Specialized should convert all keys (but not values) to lowercase before they are used to store, retrieve, remove, etc.

In the current implementation, the test program produces the output:

(Apple, Fruit)
(Tomato, Vegetable)
False
True
False
True

whereas under Rotor it produces the output:

(tomato, Vegetable)
(apple, Fruit)
True
True
False
True

(The difference in order produced by the enumerator is normal, I believe.)
