You can roll the dice by clicking in the middle of the right board area. See Alberts document:

There either is or should be a way to roll the dice to begin a move in the windows gui without either using the keyboard cntl-r or the menu.

If there is a way, I have not been able to find it. I've tried things I thought were obvious such as clicking/double clicking an empty region of the board.

If there is not a way, could a "roll dice" button be placed to the left of the "undo" button on the toolbar?
