Fixed in CVS - but does not reparent the MDI childs

The MDI Parent Form does not recieve an MDI Activated callback. The MDI client class recieves it , but it does not handle MDI events directly and expects the Form to handle it .
The IToolkitEventSink.OnActivateChild is triggered on the MDI Client rather than the MDI Form.

ActiveMDIChild therefore is never set .

More design advice needed on how to fix this .
