Caused because of passing undefined symbol to fi-register-command! primitive. Fixed permanently.

I'm an idiot. The rshd daemon exec()'s the remote command. Thereofre, therecan't be any symbol collisions with the libraries linked against rshd.

Verified it fails on both rsh and LLNL's mrsh. I'm betting a symbol collision now. Still looking.

The NULLP bug does not come up everytime either. It seems semi-random. So perhaps some race condition?? I dunno, still looking.

The only pattern I have found right now is

"-g group_name" works on remote shells
"-vv -g group_name" fails on remote shells

I will look into this more deeply within rsh. But can others try this and see if it is reproduceable??
