The perl invocation of the mupad plugin is broken :

% ./tm_mupad
/bin/sh: -- # -- perl --: invalid option
Usage: /bin/sh [GNU long option] [option] ...
[rest of message truncated]

My /bin/sh is GNU bash, version 2.05b.0(1)-release
