I want to use build gnustep-make in a different location, so what I did is the following:

cd gnustep-make-1.9.0
mkdir builddir
cd builddir
../configure [myoptions]
make install

However, the file strip_makefiles.sh can't be installed because its location is specified wrong in GNUmakefile. The attached patch for GNUmakefile.in fixes the problem.
