I found that the calculate_date function in this file has 4 parameters but phpgroupware/calendar/inc/class.calendar_holiday.inc.php sends 5 parameters

The $this->datetime parameters should be removed from the phpgroupware/calendar/inc/class.calendar_holiday.inc.php call to calculate_date

I don't know why this wasn't found before .. the header tags are from before 2003
