the problem is that in this case the translation of '/' doesn't make sense IMHO.
the '*' is for untranslated words, but in this case the word is '//' instead of 'user groups' & 'user accounts'.
So it's look very strange to me. Because they are already translated in previous version ...

Chances are, this is from the translation not being in the database. There are QUITE a few all over the place like that. The API will add a * a the end of a string if the translation isn't found.

I am only assigning it to my self as a reminder. If someone else wants to do it, be my guest :P

This bug is present only in RC2 (at least I don't notice it in the RC1). in the left box of the Admin Menu There is 2 // * at the second line. I don't know where they come from (I don't identify the source of the template).
