This is a consequence of the recent break-in to savannah.
I can't fix the MIT/GNU Scheme web page yet, because the ability to change web pages hasn't been restored. But all the files are now available from ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/mit-scheme/

This is obviously not a bug in the code but there was no other means to inform you of the problem.

http://savannah.gnu.org/download/mit-scheme/stable.pkg/7.7.1/mit-scheme-7.7.1-ix86-win32.exe

Is one of many broken links from your pages on the GNU server. Even tracking back up the path did not present an index or other URL until I reached the root. Drilling down your path to files also came up 404.

I'm enthused by the MIT offering content and education to Netizens and was willing to drill down until I found an Exe, so that is not a current problem for me. One hopes you folks can fix it for others less driven.

All the best
