I use the command "find /boot/grub/stage1" the output is "(hd1,0). I issue the command "root (hd1,0)" it works fine, and tells me I have a reiserfs filesystem "Filesystem type reiserfs, partition type 0*83". I issue the command "setup (hd1,0)" I get the output:

checking if "/boot/grub/stage1" exists...no
" /grub/stage1 "

what's the problem I checked with a boot disk and stage 1 along with the *stage1_5 and stage2 are in /boot/grub?
