Is this only an issue with the "Command Window" widget? Does it work in the "Editor" widget or in load/save dialogs?
Does it work when using "Octave (CLI)"?

Filename is 김.mat

Command typing is "load ㄱㅣㅁ.mat"  typing ㄱㅣㅁ in octave.

Error no file with that name.

Problem is ㄱㅣㅁ in octave command is not combining to 김 like other apps. Copy paste of 김 into octave work correctly and typing is error.
