DateTime information like 20031120T05:32:47 cannot be parsed with DateTime.ParseExact("yyyyMMdd'T'HH:mm:ss")
because DateTimeParser.ParseNumber eats up "20031120" for the 'yyyy' number.

The above mentioned date format is the <dateTime.iso8601> xmlrpc data type returned by http://time.xmlrpc.com/RPC2 currentTime.getCurrentTime().
