+1 same issue.

macOS 13.4.1 (22F82)

Updated using homebrew, which installed octave 9.

Open GUI from .app or command line, even with `--force-gui` results in:

`octave --force-gui`
`octave: GUI features missing or disabled in this build`

Looks like a packaging issue in Homebrew to me.

I am installing octave 9 on macOS (intel) using homebrew.  Probably some path or variable not right somewhere.  I see the QT6 folder in the homebrew cellar.  Other than that, I do not know where to look or what to look for.
