Fixed in git, commit 42c7bfcf, by scrolling the viewport one row down when --zero is active and the cursor is on the bottom row.

To reproduce, run:

src/nano --ignore --zero  + README

Then type: hello M-V
See that the "hello" disappears and "[ Verbatim Input ]" appears on the status bar while the cursor is still at the point after the invisible "hello".  Not right.

Expected behavior: when "Verbatim Input" is shown while the cursor is on the bottom row, the screen content should scroll one row up.
