Fixed in git, commit c6ddae70, by limiting the bottom-bar wiping to when the user is editing.

The offending commit is be61aad9: "do not wipe the status bar when --zero or --minibar is active".  :|

To reproduce, run:

src/nano --ignore --mini -x README

Then type: ^R ^T
See that the prompt bar (saying "File to insert [from ./]:") is still there.  It shouldn't be.

When using --zero (instead of or in addition to --mini), the prompt bar is cleared.

Bug exists since version 6.0.
