Fixed in git, commit b87722ab, by reporting "Unknown sequence" for function keys F25...F63.

Run 'src/nano --ignore --quick' and type Shift+F3.  Nano says "Unbound key".  This is correct, as it is possible for the user to bind F15 to some function in a nanorc file.  Now type xxx and Ctrl+Shift+F3.  Nano again says "Unbound key".  This gives the impression that it would be possible for the user to bind this keystroke in their nanorc, but they can't: function keys above F24 cannot be rebound.

Expected behavior: when an unbindable function key is typed, nano should report either that it is unbindable or that it doesn't know the sequence.
