The code was not setting the timezone for the date it
was using ... resulting in GMT being displayed. However, it appears to be an undocumented feature of MacOS-X that setting a nil time zone in a calendar date actually sets the localtimed so, as I don't have access to GWorkspace souece to change it to set the correct timezone, I changed the behavior of the base library to match that of MacOS-X (and documented it). Updating your system to the base library from cvs and restarting GWorkspace should fix the problem.

In GWorkspace's Attributes inspector, the creation time of files is always two hours earlier than it actually happened.
I've correctly set my Local Time Zone, so I guess this might be a problem in NSWorkspace.
