So now dotting a note at the end of the bar spills over for keyboard note entry by duration. Also the accidentals are preserved over the spill - this was a bug when inserting an overlong duration .

Well, my input method is to move the cursor with the up and down keys, to the note I want, then if it's got an accidental on it, press the + or - key, then press a duration key (for some of which I have created my own shortcut). In music which has multiple time signatures in different staffs, it's very useful if the entered notes spill over into the next bar as it's not always obvious when a tie is needed. For music which has only one time signature, it's kind of handy to enter the total duration of a note at the end of a bar rather than having to enter a tie and the duration of the following note (and possibly another accidental too). But it's not the end of the world if this is problematic.

So I've also fixed the spillover to be ignored when entering chords - only the first note of the chord was spilt, then the rest was inserted in the following bar, not a useful effect. It might be nice to have a command to fix an overlong note at the end of the previous bar (when the current bar is empty) as this could be invoked automatically to achieve spillover in these cases...

Is spillover useful apart from entering rhythms. It certainly makes a mess if you try to enter a chord with a duration that would spillover as it is only extending with one note. Not obvious what would be useful, but for now I've fixed it so that spillover of dots only happens for rhythm entry.

When a note with an accidental is dotted, it spills over into the next bar as a natural note.
