Fixed in revision 13629 for the compilation of full manuals in "book" form (for the "article" form, we still keep the links to potential external documentation in the form of other "articles").

Note also that TeXmacs is not responsable for badly written documentation with invalid hyperlinks of file name clashes; this burden remains on the shoulders of authors of documentation.

In the full versions of the user manuals (either locally as tm or locally exported as pdf or the pdf versions available on the webpage) the internal links (at least some of them) do not work properly.

For example if on page 10 of the italian pdf  manual (https://www.texmacs.org/tmweb/documents/manuals/texmacs-manual.it.pdf) I click on "configurazione di TeXmacs", I get the following error message:
Unable to open external link Error when getting information fo file "%path%to%file%folder/config/man-configuration.it.tm"

If I do the same in a browser, I get sent to the page https://www.texmacs.org/tmweb/documents/manuals/config/man-configuration.it.tm, where I get the error "Not Found
The requested URL /tmweb/documents/manuals/config/man-configuration.it.tm was not found on this server."

On page 35 (section 3.8) of my (localy generated) full user manual in English, if I check the "semantic focus" link i see a hyperlink pointing to "math/semantics/man-semantics.en.tm#semantic-focus" which sends me to a different file (instead of the corresponding section in the same file).
When I move to the exported pdf version, this causes an error.

I think there should be some sort of "restructuring" of the links when exporting to the single file.
