http://www.denemo.org/~rshann/denemo-mingw-2.4.x.zip is an installer that drops the file that triggers the false positive.

Unfortunately they are almost certainly wrong - this happens quite often, but so far no-one has ever reported it being true. Not surprising as the executable is built using on Unix and has never been anywhere near a Windows machine. Nothing is impossible of course - it would be nice if such programs would verify their claims.
