Fix committed to CVS, together with the "-g" and "-warnaserror" options. Hopefully that should cover everything.

When the default compiler is overridden with -C mcs, even when optimization is selected via

<compile output="scimark.exe" target="exe" optimize="true">

csant does not pass -optimize+ to mcs.

I'm not sure what other flags are possible on the <compile> lines, but it might be a good idea to check whether there are other flags omitted.
