Fixed in git, commit 6866ea0d.

And closing because unreleased.

To reproduce, run 'src/nano +9 README'.
Then type <Shift+Ctrl+Down> twice.  Two full paragraphs are now selected, and the cursor is at the beginning of the line that starts with "Nowadays".  Now type: ^J.

The two paragraphs are folded into one, which is correct, but the cursor has advanced to the "N" of "Nowadays".  First, this is ugly.  And second, it will give "Nowadays" the same first-line indentation and leading quotes as "First and foremost", and this might be unwanted.  (If it is wanted, the user should have selected at least part of the lead of "Nowadays".)

[Now I remember why I dropped that fragment of blank-skipping code: because it did something unwanted.  But I shouldn't have dropped the code; I should have simply added a condition.]
