Fixed in git, commit fb4bcd8c.

This also improves the behavior when redoing the justification of a marked region.

To reproduce, run 'src/nano --ignore --line README'.
Then type: ^6 ^V ^R ^X |grep the <Enter>.
Note that the lines with "the" have replaced the first portion of the file.

Now type M-U.  The screen goes back to how it looked when the filtering operation was done: the cursor sits on the top row and the previously selected portion of the file is scrolled out of view.

Now type M-E.  Nothing seems to happen.  Just from the line numbers the user can see that something changed -- the user has to scroll back in order to see that indeed the filtering has been done again.

Expected behavior: when possible, a redo of a filtering operation should restore the screen to how it looked when the filtering operation was first performed.
