To reproduce, run 'src/nano --lock README'.  Then, in another terminal, run 'src/nano --lock README THANKS'.  Answer 'N' to the question whether to open the file README anyway.  Result: there are now two buffers open: [1/2] an empty buffer, and [2/2] the THANKS file.

Expected behavior: whenever the user answers "No" to the "open anyway?" queston, nano should not open an empty buffer for this file.  At the end, only those files should be open for which there were no lock files or for which the user answered "Yes".  Only when this would mean that in the end no files at all would be opened, then an empty buffer ought to be created.
