Side-stepped in git by not including this feedback in the tiny version.  Commit a81ba021.

To reproduce, configure nano with --enable-tiny, compile, and then run 'src/nano'.  Then type ^K.  It says nothing on the status bar.  (Which is fine, really, because nano has not given such feedback for a long time.)  In a full nano, typing ^K in an empty buffer will say: "[ Nothing was cut ]".

Bug exists since version 4.4, commit 4314b8de.  Since then, the "Nothing was cut" message (which does get printed) gets wiped immediately afterwards.

Instead of fixing this, I think I will just exclude the "Nothing was cut" message from the tiny version.  It's more minimal.
