Fri 03 Oct 2003 02:49:00 PM UTC, original submission:

- db user has access another phpgw install
- in setup specify a database that doesn't exsist for the new install to use
- mysql login is ok, select_db fails
- phpgw setup somehow gets pointed to the other database and insists that it can upgrade

Patch for fix: http://savannah.gnu.org/patch/index.php?func=detailpatch&patch_id=2000&group_id=509

add a $this->disconnect(); to the select_db failure so that setup knows it needs to create a db.
