Should also note that it seems the stage2 image is a few bytes less than before. Always a good sign after a rewrite ;-)

Now it builds. Will try if the serial/vga selection works the way expected tomorrow.. our lab unit is still in the demo room after a very successful demo of our new really small Linux firewall with some really unique features, using grub as loader.

CVS does not compile.. term.h is missing. But from reading the source it probably does what it should when a term.h is added..

The documented behaviour of the terminal command is to prompt for "Press any key to continue" if both serial and console is selected. However, the actual behaviour is that it always prompts serial selected even if alone.

The attached patch corrects this to make terminal only prompt for a key if serial is selected in combination with either hercules or console, NOT if serial is the only selected terminal type.
