To reproduce, switch to a Linux VT (for example: <Ctrl+Alt+F2>), then run 'src/nano --ignore +44,44 NEWS' and repeatedly type <Ctrl+Shift+Delete>.  Note that the keystroke deletes the word to the right of the cursor.  This is wrong.

Expected behavior: <Ctrl+Shift+Delete> should delete the word to the left of the cursor.
