In 3.23.4 the interval keyboard accelerators are defined as follows:

Minor Second = 1
Major Second = q
Minor Third = a
Major Third = z
Perfect = 2
..

So it looks like this was resolved already. Feel free to reopen if the issue still persists.

Using 3.22.2 on Linux, English language, default ASCII configuration for the interval keyboard accelerators (1 - perfect unison, q - minor second, a - major second, z - minor third, etc). In reality, pressing 1 corresponds to the first button in the list (for melodic intervals), i.e. a minor second.

The problem definitely exists for ascending melodic intervals (seconds and thirds). Did not check other lessons.
